Dynamics 365 is a platform that is continually expanding, providing customers with new capabilities. With the development of Microsoft's business applications, the approach to implementing and maintaining systems, at Intersys has changed. To support customers in a situation of constant change, as part of our cooperation we provide support from a Customer Success Manager, an experienced, certified person, to manage the Change Management process.
During the implementation of an IT system, we guide clients through both the needs analysis, implementation and maintenance process as well as provide support in managing the human side of change during IT projects.
To provide:
Ø Proper onboarding of key users involved in the implementation project
Ø better adoption of the solution
Ø optimization of the system platform using the ever-increasing capabilities that Microsoft will provide
In accordance with Intersys' proprietary Customer Success Journey program, developed from experience gained from our hundreds of implementations, we guide our clients through the change management process.
