Messe Frankfurt

One of the world’s biggest organizer of industry fairs with their own fair spaces. In 2015 Messe Frankfurt have organized 133 fair events all over the world. The company has been searching for a solution to improve marketing and sales processes connected to organization of professional events.

The solution implemented has contained modules of Microsoft Dynamics CRM system: marketing and sales. Customer service module has been adjusted according to client’s individual needs in relation to inquiries and fair applications. For maximum improvement of sales processes the system has been integrated with call center system. The solution has improved quality of customer service thanks to facilitation of transporting to abroad fairs and hotel reservations.

With functionalities of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system as well as dedicated solutions designed by Intersys, improvement of customer and guest service connected to fairs was visible. Integrated tool has influenced positively also quicker data processing and their comprehension, and in consequence – improving company’s functioning.
