The customer’s need was improvement of sales and promotional activities realized by 40 warehouses along with the headquarters in Poland.

Implemented sales, marketing and customer service modules of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system has been strictly adjusted to Onninen needs. In order to ensure maximum functionality there has been migration and consolidation of data from many sources conducted. The solution has been integrated with company ERP system. Processes of complaints management, agreements creation, replacement module and investment operations has been individualized.
