Microsoft Dynamics CRM has improved and fully automatized the whole sales proces in Q4Net: starting with creation of sales opportunities, establishing sales targets and offering up to the reporting and knowledge exchange between departments. Thanks to integration with ERP solution, SharePoint platform and centralization of data, Q4Net staff has gained repository for documents connected with sales stages and possibility of acquiring data from the ERP system at any time. It has improved communication significantly between sales department and customer consultants, influencing effectivity of work. Managers have received a tool for supervising activities based on manager dashboards and percentage indicators of targets realization.
