• Managing the entire project lifecycle—from initiation to implementation—on time and within budget
• Close cooperation with assigned external customers
• Planning, monitoring, and executing project plans, including issue and risk management
• Communicate project status at all levels
• Creating and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Reporting metrics, tests, success criteria, and implementation activities

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
• You have managed projects for external clients (mandatory requirement)
• You communicate freely in English in a business environment (minimum B2).
• You have the knowledge that allows you to communicate effectively with the development team.
• You can create cost estimates, reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• You are well-organized, responsible, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

• Work model: hybrid (80/20): we work remotelyon a daily basis, but on Thursdays we meet at our office in Warsaw'sŻoliborz district.
• Working hours: flexible - start between 7:00 and 10:00, depending on yourdaily routine
• Team: you will join a 6-person PMO led byDorota‍
