PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Intersys Group Ltd. at www.intersys.pl collects your personal information when you register to receive any product, content or services offered by Intersys Group, such as publications, information, contests, online seminars, conferences and events.
Intersys Group sp. z o.o., taking into account the current state of technical knowledge, the cost of implementation, the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing and the risk of violation of the rights or freedoms of individuals with different probability of occurrence and severity of the threat, applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the threats and the categories of protected data, and in particular secures the data from being accessed by unauthorized persons, from being taken by an unauthorized person, from being processed in violation of applicable regulations, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.
Intersys Group sp. z o.o. uses the collected personal data solely for the purpose of providing information, products and services provided at the request of the personal data owner and based on direct communication initiated by the owner.

The basis for the processing of personal data by Intersys Group sp. z o.o. is primarily the necessity to perform a contract to which it is a party or the necessity to take action at its request prior to entering into such a contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO). For other (other) purposes, personal data may be processed by Intersys Group sp. z o.o. on the basis of:

Intersys Group sp. z o.o. declares that personal data collected for the purpose of information, marketing or performance of services will be stored and processed until the owner of the personal data revokes the consent granted. Data related to cookies and similar technology, depending on technical issues, will be collected and processed until the files are deleted using the settings of the browser/device (while deleting files is not always the same as deleting personal data obtained through these files, hence the possibility to object).
