Unified Dynamics 365 BC environment for Nord Anglia Education - standardization of finances and automation of settlements.
Nord Anglia Education implemented a unified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment with Intersys, including Core Solution and Core Configuration, with integrations to iSAMS and TM1. The project covered selected schools in the UK, Switzerland, France, and the United Arab Emirates, ensuring readiness for migration to Business Central. The implementation focused on standardizing financial processes, harmonizing the chart of accounts and dimensions, and improving billing automation.
The implementation unified BC systems across schools, harmonizing finances, reporting and integration.
Prior to implementation, various NAE schools used different versions and local implementations of NAV, which hindered consistent reporting and financial management. A unified chart of accounts and dimensional model, aligned with the September-August fiscal year, was required, as well as integration with iSAMS for student invoicing and TM1 for financial consolidation and analysis. Additionally, streamlining the bank reconciliation process and preparing the environment for further process automation were key challenges.
