Hi, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us develop sales in the area of IT solutions, combining new customer acquisition with work on the assigned portfolio (hunting + farming).

Your tasks

  • Building lasting relationships with customers - both taking care of the assigned portfolio and developing it with new partners (a combination of hunting and farming)
  • Conducting the entire sales process from A to Z - with customers in Poland and abroad, in a relational B2B model
  • Meeting with customers online and in person - visits are occasional, but give space for closer cooperation (a B driver's license will be necessary here)
  • Diagnosing business needs and proposing solutions that truly help the client's daily operations
  • Create offers and presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of our services and products
  • Negotiate terms of cooperation - partnered, substantive and with the full support of the team (including the presales team)
  • Work hand in hand with marketing, PMs and technical teams to jointly deliver the best results for the customer
  • Representing the company at conferences and industry events - demonstrating our competence and building brand recognition

What we expect

  • Min. 2 years of B2B sales experience in IT or SaaS - preferably in relational, longer sales processes
  • Experience in selling to foreign customers or making English-speaking sales calls
  • Ability to lead the end-to-end process and manage your own pipeline
  • Proven results in acquiring new customers and developing relationships
  • Very good English skills (min. B2/C1) - for casual conversations and negotiations
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude with customers and the team
  • Self-reliance and good work organization - you are able to plan, prioritize and have a strong sense of ownership over the assigned tasks
  • Proactivity in seeking business opportunities and initiative in action
  • An active cat B driver's license (customer visits are occasional)

What we offer

  • Hybrid work and flexible hours - most people work in a hybrid model and some fully remotely. For the first 3 months, we expect you to be in the office a few days a week.
    Later, you will determine further work arrangements with your team yourself, with the goal of keeping a minimum of 1 day a week in the office.
    Start hours are flexible - you can start between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m.
