From your very first days, you’ll be assigned to work with a Team Leader who, along with other Consultants, will guide you through a training program that will help you delve into the world and specifics of the Dynamics 365 Business Central application and the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Your first few days and weeks will involve taking MS Learn courses, working independently on the BC Cloud application, and participating in training sessions and workshops with other team members—both Consultants and Developers.

In your second month, you’ll gradually join small but highly organized project teams, where you’ll observe the work of your more experienced colleagues and take on smaller tasks on your own. Over time, this balance between tasks and training will shift as your skills develop and your previously defined training path evolves.

In the coming months, depending on the business needs of your project team, you will work with clients on-site at their offices, in-person at Intersys offices, or remotely from any location of your choice.

Finally, a few words about the projects

‍

At Intersys, you’ll work on projects that stand out for their unique approach to integrating various applications from the Dynamics 365 family. These projects typically don’t involve upgrading from older versions of NAV to the latest versions of BC. The foundation of the projects we carry out on a daily basis is the SaaS infrastructure—BC Cloud. We operate at the intersection of Azure SQL and Dataverse, enabling us to implement complex projects utilizing applications such as D365 Marketing, D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, and D365 Project Operations.

Visualizations and automations are supported by Power Platform apps, and it is rare to find a project that does not utilize at least one industry-specific ISV solution. Projects are implemented on the W1 version with Polish language packs, as well as on the GB, DE, SE, and other versions.

• Proficiency in German at the " " level, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing.
