• building a test strategy (defining direction, improving tools and processes)
• development and implementation of test automation (we automate at Playwirth)
• managing the QA team (currently 2 people) – ensuring development, efficiency and work organization
• responsibility for quality in projects – both operationally and directionally
• testing business solutions (mainly ERP and CRM systems implemented at clients)
• cooperation with other teams: with Project Managers in selecting the testing approach in projects, with the development team and consultants in the field of process improvements, and with the sales team in the field of pricing

• minimum 5 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automated)
• knowledge of Playwright (TypeScript) or Selenium
• experience in working with business systems ( ERP, CRM or similar)
• experience in a leadership role (responsibility for the QA area)
• ability to define and improve testing processes
• good knowledge of English (working with clients)

Nice to have (but not essential):

• knowledge of Azure DevOps
• experience in using AI in test automation
