#IntersysFriends - The One with the Party, or Integration 2023

🥳 Last weekend, under the hashtag #IntersysFriends, we held a team-building trip that our employees had been eagerly awaiting!

The whole trip took place at the Zamek Ryn Hotel in Masuria, where we spent three wonderful days filled with all kinds of activities.

🏰 On Friday, the first attraction was a guided tour of the castle. But this wasn’t just any tour! All the staff were dressed in period costumes, allowing everyone to feel like real residents of the manor.

🔥 After the tour, a barbecue party was held on the shores of Lake Ryńskie, which provided another opportunity for new employees to get to know one another and for those who have been with Intersys longer to reconnect. There was music, dancing, good food, and most importantly—a fantastic atmosphere!

⛵🌊 The next day, we set out on a boat trip on Lake Kisajno in Giżycko. Although the weather wasn’t exactly ideal, the trip turned out to be a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our bonds, share our thoughts, and get to know each other better.

🥇🎯 After the cruise, we returned to the hotel grounds to start a scavenger hunt, which we tentatively named RYN EXPRESS. If you’ve seen the original version on TV, you know the rules. In the end, we selected the three winning teams with the most points 💪

💃🕺 The team-building event concluded with a festive banquet, during which the department heads presented this year’s summaries as well as goals and plans for the coming year. It was a perfect opportunity to thank everyone for their contribution to Intersys’s growth. Once the official part was over, the less formal—but equally inspiring—part began 😉

Team-building isn't just about having fun—it's also an opportunity to exchange insights and generate new ideas. We returned from this special weekend full of energy, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges.
