🎾 Networking on the court? We're a yes! Continia Padel Connect

At Intersys, we believe that the best collaboration doesn’t just happen during projects, meetings, or presentations—it often happens… on the court. A perfect example was the evening we recently spent with our partners at Continia as part of the #ContiniaPadelConnect initiative.

This time, instead of a conference table, there was a racket; instead of slides, there were lively exchanges; and instead of formal discussions, there was a relaxed atmosphere, laughter, and friendly competition. Our team members, Szymon and Mateusz, also took to the court and bravely faced their first (and subsequent!) padel shots.

The whole event was a great opportunity to get to know each other better, gain a fresh perspective, and remind ourselves that working together—even outside of work—can build truly strong partnerships.

We’d like to thank Continia for the invitation and for organizing the event, and all the participants for the fantastic atmosphere. We look forward to future gatherings—both sporting and business-related.
