Compendium Educational Center has been providing authorized and proprietary training to the IT industry in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe since 2000.

The main objective of implementing MS Dynamics 365 Marketing and Sales systems was to streamline and automate processes

The implementation of a modern cloud-based solution has contributed to faster and easier access to all the information that is necessary for the implemented business processes, and by automating them, it will streamline and facilitate their operation.

At the process analysis stage, the following goals were defined for the implementation of the new CRM and Marketing Automation systems

A 360-degree view of the customer, what training the customer and its employees have received and what products they are still potentially interested in. Focus marketing and sales efforts on specific audiences. Improve internal and external communication when handling training appointments.

Marketing Automation

Employees are able to properly tailor their message to the audience, engaging them, strengthening relationships and drawing attention to the company's news.

Reporting

The company can more easily track customer engagement history and resolve issues and deliver services more efficiently.

Opinions about the project

"When our company faced the challenge of changing the CRM & Training Management System (TMS) solution we were using to a more modern one, our choice fell on Intersys, which from the very beginning of the process - collecting bids - made the best impression on us in terms of expertise and professionalism. Thanks to the cooperation with Intersys specialists, we were able to seamlessly implement in our company a modern CRM & TMS solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. It is also worth mentioning that this implementation required a lot of creativity and work on the part of the Intersys team, due to the specific nature of our company's business, the Intersys team had to create for us a dedicated TMS module that would meet all our needs. The culmination of our collaboration with Intersys was the launch of the Marketing module, one of the most advanced marketing automation solutions available. As a result, we can perform the entire spectrum of our customer communication and service in a browser window or mobile device from anywhere in the world."
