For H+H Poland, we created a modern system that streamlined and simplified the daily driver service and logistics processes. The application was designed with touch screens in mind.

The application has been designed for touch screens and integration with the Business Central system.

H+H Polska is a large company operating in the building materials industry and part of an international group. The company is based in Poland and operates both on the domestic and international markets. H+H offers solutions in the field of modern building materials, focusing on the production and sale of aerated concrete. Its business model is based on B2B sales and cooperation with distributors and contractors.

One area in urgent need of modernization was the service provided to drivers carrying out transport operations at H+H facilities.

The previous solution was not adapted to touch screens in kiosk mode – the interface was illegible, the font was too small, and the customization options were limited. The system often logged users out, and the lack of interface translations made it difficult for foreign drivers to use. The operations and IT teams at H+H repeatedly reported the poor functionality of the tool, which hindered the efficient execution of daily logistics processes. As a result, there was a need to implement a modern, intuitive tool that was fully integrated with the existing ERP system.

Kiosk Mode

The previous interface was difficult to read on touchscreens, with small font, no translations or personalization, and frequent logouts.

The H+H team reported low tool functionality, which hampered logistics. A modern and integrated solution was needed.

Faster document circulation in logistics

The new application has sped up document printing, improved work efficiency and data availability, and saved drivers time.

A new standard of driver service

The old tool was difficult to read and unintuitive. H+H needed a new, touchscreen-based, integrated system for driver support.

Several factors contributed to the success of the project.

A thorough pre-implementation analysis, full commitment from teams familiar with business processes, and flexibility in the technology used. Intersys' partnership approach was also key—quick response, open communication, and adaptation to the real needs of users. The project was carried out with long-term value in mind, not just a short-term solution to the problem. For H+H, the implementation of a dedicated tool brought more benefits than attempts to adapt ready-made, ill-fitting solutions.
