Norma Group

Norma Group is a global manufacturer of fastening and sealing solutions with operations in Poland, Germany and throughout EMEA.

Intersys completed a CRM migration and modernization for Norma Group, implementing Dynamics 365 Online for 1,500 users.

The main challenge was the need to maintain and develop an environment based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, which was no longer supported by the vendor. An additional goal was to migrate the solution to Dynamics 365 Online while maintaining all existing extensions and team continuity. Another key element of the project was unified system integration, requiring migration from the Scribe platform to SSIS + KingswaySoft.

A stable and flexible integration layer has been created, allowing for easier system maintenance.

The result is a modern, Microsoft-supported Dynamics 365 Online platform used by teams across the EMEA region. The quality and availability of sales data improved, and teams reported increased work efficiency and shorter implementation times for new functionalities. The successful migration covered approximately 1,500 users, confirming the scalability and maturity of the implemented solution.

The success of the project was due to several factors, but the hybrid migration approach was crucial.

A key element was the proven SSIS + KingswaySoft data migration template, as well as the collaborative partnership between the NORMA Group and Intersys teams. Regular Steering Committee meetings, transparent communication, and support from the Microsoft Fast Track program helped minimize risk and maintain implementation momentum.
