The company's buoyant growth has generated the need to streamline and standardize the management system for customer service and sales processes and goals.

Sales and customer service modules were implemented in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

In addition to the standard capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, additional functionalities such as the margin calculation module, the automatic downloading and billing of courses module, the multi-currency module, the debt collection module, sales threads, sales opportunity status and probability ranges have been adapted.
