Microsoft Dynamics CRM has streamlined and fully automated the entire sales process at Q4Net – from creating sales opportunities, setting sales goals and quotations, to reporting and exchanging information between departments.

Thanks to integration with the ERP solution and SharePoint and data centralization, Q4Net employees gained a document repository connected to sales stages and the ability to obtain data from the ERP system at any time.
