Welcome to the third edition of the largest conference on the use of artificial intelligence in IT business tools.

In 2023, we announced how AI will be used in business. Last year we moved on to presenting specifics. This year, attendees will be treated to practices, success stories and a presentation of the risks faced by companies that have already introduced the use of artificial intelligence in business processes.

We will present:

Sales (CRM) - we will present how tools such as VIVA Sales and Copilot can streamline the daily tasks of salespeople, including:

  • Composing emails with ChatGPT
  • Smart recommendations for next steps
  • Automatic recording of summaries from meetings
  • Tips in the sales process

Customer Service - we will discuss how AI assists customer service departments in providing superior service and providing real-time expertise and guidance. We will show how customer portals can save costs and increase customer satisfaction. In 2025, Customer Service also offers:

  • Automatically classify requests and prioritize based on content analysis.
  • Intelligent customer service chatbots that can solve problems without human intervention.
  • Sentiment analysis in customer communications to better understand customer needs and sentiment.
  • Personalized recommendations and responses to customer inquiries through advanced data analytics.

Business Central (ERP) - we'll show how artificial intelligence supports e-commerce, enables better decision-making with predictive reporting, liquidity analysis and counterparty credibility assessment. In addition, we will demonstrate how telemetry allows you to work better with your system, and intelligent workflows save costs. In 2025, Business Central also offers:

  • Automated inventory forecasting and warehouse management.
  • Intelligent purchase recommendations based on sales data analysis.
  • Advanced financial analysis using AI to help optimize budgets and costs.
  • Integration with analytics tools such as PowerBI to provide comprehensive insights into business data.

Customer Insights (Marketing Automation - we will discuss how Dynamics 365 Customer Insights allows you to better understand your customers and personalize their experience.

  • Advanced data analytics for rapid decision-making and real-time customer response.
  • Personalized recommendations based on analysis of the entire customer path, eliminating misguided interactions.
  • Integration with marketing and sales tools to ensure consistent and effective campaigns.
  • New communication channels supported by Copilot to enable innovative customer engagement.

PowerBI (reporting) - we will discuss data prediction and automated analysis capabilities.

  • Optimized mobile report layouts for better viewing of data on mobile devices.
  • Ad hoc calculations supported by Copilot, which are now also available in read mode.
  • Edit semantic models in Direct Lake mode from Power BI Desktop, allowing for more dynamic data management.
  • New visualization methods, such as Lollipop and Strip Plot charts, which enable more advanced visual analysis.
  • Integration with Azure Maps, which now includes reference layers for more detailed geographic analysis.

Power Apps - we will present how artificial intelligence allows you to create applications that cover specific business processes. In 2025, Power Apps also offers:

  • Plan Designer: Create intelligent business solutions with the help of a design plan and a set of agents that work together to create applications.
  • Extensible in-app agents: Each application contains built-in intelligent agents that help users perform key tasks with minimal effort.
  • Bring your own agents: The ability to integrate your own AI agents into applications, allowing you to customize features to meet specific business needs.
  • Application Modernization: Introducing modern controllers, responsive templates, and offline applications, increasing developer productivity and user satisfaction.
  • Copilot for developers and users of Power Apps: Using AI and natural language to accelerate application development and integrate AI into existing applications.

Copilot (AI assistant) - we will discuss how Copilot can support different areas of the company's business by offering:

  • Quick answers to questions with advanced natural language analysis.
  • Support in creating documents and presentations, automating processes and saving time.
  • Personalized recommendations based on data and context analysis.
  • Integration with Microsoft 365 tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Copilot Studio - we will demonstrate how Copilot Studio enables the creation and customization of AI solutions to meet specific business needs. We will demonstrate features such as:

  • Create custom AI models tailored to the company's unique processes and data.
  • Integration with existing systems and tools to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Analysis and optimization of business processes using advanced algorithms.
  • Support in automating tasks and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

At the event, we will provide a comprehensive overview of AI features that are already available in Microsoft's suite of business applications and that will be rolled out in upcoming updates.

Aleksandra Wróbel - Dynamics NAV/BC Consultant @Intersys

Aleksandra is a graduate of Rzeszow University of Technology. She started her adventure in IT by working with HIS class systems. In 2021 she joined Intersys and since then she has been working on implementation projects of Dynamics 365 Business Central (Cloud) system, where she mainly deals with the accounting module. Multiple implementations of the Electronic Banking Base App and Electronic Banking Extension allowed her to obtain the title of specialist in electronic banking.

Pawel Krulikowski - Head of Dynamics 365 CRM Department @Intersys

Paweł has been involved with Microsoft Dynamics since 2014. He has implemented CRM class systems in Poland and abroad (Austria, the Netherlands, the UK) for the media industry, e-sports or banking. In the projects he worked in the roles of Consultant, Analyst and Project Manager. He is an economist and political scientist by education. He loves direct contact with clients and new challenges.

Alicja Czerwińska - Dynamics CRM Consultant @Intersys

Alicja is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics. Thanks to her work on the project of the largest industrial investment in Poland, she had the opportunity to work on the implementation of SAP SD and CRM modules. The implementation of these systems allowed her to gain experience in IT from both the technical and business side. Currently, for Alicja, communication between the client and the consultant is extremely important, as well as in-depth analysis of the CRM system for the client.

Szymon Pociask - Head of Dynamics ERP Department @Intersys

He specializes in Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, of which he is a Consultant and Presales. Promoter of the use of add-on functional extensions in ongoing projects and maximization of the added value, directly for the customer, resulting from cooperation between Partners in the Dynamics community. Initiator of the program of cooperation with the academic area, which he is committed to implement in the Rzeszow branch of the company, where he also serves as Branch Manager.

He has been involved in the new consumer and business technology industry for more than 10 years. On a day-to-day basis, he is responsible for consulting on digital transformation for EMEA and APAC companies. He has extensive knowledge of marketing and B2B sales gained in many companies. An evangelist of good practices related to adoption during the implementation of business applications, he has experience in leading CRM, Marketing Automation and Business Intelligence projects.

Lukasz Bieganski - BDM & Cloud Presales @TD Synnex

He has been in the IT industry for more than 10 years, and with Microsoft solutions for more than 7. He started his career in telecommunications companies, including Polkomtel, NOKIA, HTC and HMD. He then worked with Microsoft Poland, where he supported the Retail, OEM and MMDS departments in various positions. Currently, he serves as a consultant for cloud solutions and takes care of clients on behalf of TD SYNNEX Poland. His role is to advise and maximize the use of Microsoft cloud solutions in the SaaS model.

Dorota Wróblewska - Cloud Product Manager @TD SYNNEX Poland

She gained experience with business applications from 2014 while working at Microsoft Poland, where she supported the Dynamics Partners partner channel in developing their skills and competencies. Currently, she serves as Cloud Solutions Manager and takes care of Dynamics Partners on behalf of TD SYNNEX Polska distribution (formerly known as Tech Data Polska). He focuses on deeply understanding the licensing needs of customers and enabling them to maximize the potential of Dynamics products and Microsoft programs to support the transformation to the cloud.
