An expert in the practical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, he has been designing and optimizing customer service systems in Poland and abroad for over a decade. He has carried out projects in Austria, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom for industries where response speed and the quality of the customer experience have a direct impact on business results.

He combines the perspectives of a consultant, analyst, and project manager, allowing him to view the contact center not only from a technological standpoint, but also from a process-oriented and strategic perspective. During the workshop, he will demonstrate how to bring order to the chaos of customer service and translate the system’s capabilities into measurable results.

Alicja Czerwińska - Dynamics CRM Consultant @Intersys

An expert in the analysis and implementation of CRM solutions who combines a technical understanding of the system with a deep business perspective. She gained her experience working on one of the largest industrial projects in Poland, where she was involved in the implementation of CRM systems and the integration of sales processes.

In his projects, he focuses on ensuring that the system genuinely supports the day-to-day work of customer service teams, rather than being just another tool in the organization. During the workshop, he will demonstrate how to use Microsoft Customer Service features to reduce response times, automate repetitive tasks, and improve service quality without expanding the team.

Anna Sufa - Sales Manager at Intersys

She has been with Intersys for 10 years, where, as Sales Manager, she is responsible for growing sales of Microsoft solutions and building long-term relationships with B2B clients. She specializes in projects based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, helping organizations scale their sales and customer service processes.

He combines a strategic approach to business development with practical experience in implementing contact center systems. He has a deep understanding of how to translate business goals into concrete technological solutions that boost team efficiency without a corresponding increase in costs. During the workshop, he will demonstrate how to leverage the potential of modern tools to build scalable, measurable, and predictable customer service that tangibly supports the organization’s growth.

Dorota Wróblewska - Cloud Product Manager @TD SYNNEX Poland

A Microsoft cloud solutions expert with over 10 years of experience in business applications. She has worked at Microsoft Poland for many years, where she supported Dynamics Partners in developing their expertise and ensuring successful implementations.

Today, he is responsible for the development and support of Dynamics solutions in the cloud, helping companies safely transition to a modern contact center based on Microsoft Customer Service. During the workshop, he will explain how to approach licensing and cloud migration in a way that aligns with the scale and needs of the organization.

Lukasz Bieganski - BDM & Cloud Presales @TD Synnex

He has been involved in the IT industry and the Microsoft ecosystem for over a decade. He has worked with global technology brands and Microsoft Poland, supporting the growth of sales and the implementation of cloud solutions.

He specializes in consulting on SaaS models and maximizing business value from Microsoft solutions. During the workshop, he will demonstrate how to properly plan a contact center implementation so that the technology supports business objectives rather than creating additional complexity.
